About Us

Founded by current teachers, Susan Edwards and Chloe Windo, the A-Level Advantage is built on their combined passion for delivering excellence in education, and brings over 36 years of experience in education, business, and exam preparation.

Susan’s 16 years of teaching, coupled with her 14 years as an Edexcel and AQA examiner in Business and Economics, provide a deep understanding of A-Level requirements. With a Master’s in International Business and a BSc in Business Management, she has also led successful programs and mentored educators during her career.

Chloe complements this with over 20 years of diverse industry experience, spanning aerospace, engineering, fitness, and the creative sector. This practical insight now enriches her teaching of A Level Business and Economics. Her background delivering bespoke training and strategic advice to start-ups and established businesses translates into real-world insights for students, fostering critical thinking and commercial awareness.

Together, Susan and Chloe create resources and deliver inspiring revision seminars that bridge academic theory with practical application, empowering both students and educators in A-Level Business and Economics.
